Контекст: For the purpose of all legal proceedings in respect of this Agreement, each of the parties hereby attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada provided that nothing contained herein shall prevent the Corporation from proceeding at its election against the Contractor in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
