The list of required documents:

1) Copies of founding documents of the company;
2) Copy of the certificate of state registration;
3) Copy of the certificate of record introduction in the United state register of legal entities (EGRUL) (for companies registered before 01.07.2002);
4) Copy of the certificate of registration in Tax Inspectorate;
5) Copy of the director’s passport, INN (in case of its presence) (for the director’s substitution – copies of passports, INN (in case of its presence) of new or ex-director);
6) Information on types of commercial activity (for alteration of codes OKVED);
7) Copies of members’ passports – individuals (for adjustment of those members);
8) Copies of members’ founding documents – legal entities (for adjustment of those members);
