"Framing" means a process, which allows a page from a different Internet URL to call a page from Subscriber’s Service and to display Subscriber’s Service’s page within the calling page.

“Videos” means the videos produced by AFP and made available to Subscriber as part of the AFP Material, as further described in Exhibit A.

hereby grants to Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right, for the Term and on the Territory, to use in a news context for the purposes of the Services, including but not limited to, store (subject to 2.11), reproduce, copy, display and incorporate the Material with Subscriber’s own material.
