Subject: стандартная фраза из контракта Для кого-то это, как семечки щелкать, а для меня, не знающей стандартных клише, это как кубик-рубик :-) Помогите, пожалуйста:Если такого уведомления не будет сделано в насколько возможно короткий срок, Сторона, подвергшаяся действию обстоятельств непреодолимой силы, "лишается права ссылаться на них в свое оправдание, разве что через обстоятельство невозможно было послать уведомление". | Думаю, что так : Should the above notification is failed to be done within the probably shortest period, the Party subjected to force majeure forfeits the right to refer to the force majeure to excuse itself, except for the case when the notification could not be sent due to the force majeure. |

Ну в качестве варианта, If the Party affected by force majeure circumstances fails to notify the other Party of the same as soon as possible, it shall lose its right to refer to such circumstances as the reason of its delay/non-performance unless such notification is made impossible by such circumstances. |
| IMO: If the Party...fails - проще и лучше, чем should the Party...fail в данном случае |
