На период действия этого закона участникам чемпионата и назначенным лицам разрешается ввозить без оплаты налогов и сборов (обязательных платежей) предназначенные для проведения мероприятий по подготовке и проведения чемпионата товары, необходимые для выполнения указанными лицами функций по проведению мероприятий чемпионата согласно перечню и в объёме, которые определяются Кабинетом Министров Украины.
