boosted здесь относится к "would have boosted", а "energy productivity" - это "data center energy productivity" (посмотрите, например, http://www.42u.com/measurement/dcep.htm - здесь есть описание как она считается). Наверное лучше будет что-то типа "...позволило бы повысить энергоэффективность ..." |
| ...не просто "повысить", а резко увеличить (в 80 раз - это ух!...) |
