Каждый участник Общества вправе внести дополнительный вклад, не превышающий части общей стоимости дополнительных вкладов, пропорциональной размеру доли этого участника в уставном капитале Общества.

Each member may make an additional contribution not exceeding the share of the total value of additional contributions which is in proportion to the share in the authorized capital of the Company owned by the Member.
Подскажите, пож-а, правильно ли с т.з. логики и грамматики

consider:
Each member may make an additional contribution below or equal to a percentage of the total value of additional paid-in capital/contributed capital/capital surplus which is pro-rated to the share this Member owns in the Company's authorized capital .

можно убрать that... which is.
