это из ГК, часть 1 глава про юр. лиц, найдите перевод, пригодится - у Вас ведь наверняка не только эта фраза Я бы написала вторую фразу как: Branches and representative offices shall hold/possess/use the assets allocated to them by their parent companies and shall be governed by the regulations approved thereby. |
