Subject: Пожалуйста, взгляните на предложение - оно правильно построено? ничего не пропущено? econ. я бы вставил предлог "at": Upon the receipt of any such requisition, the Board shall forthwith call an Extra-ordinary General Meeting and if they do not proceed within twenty-one days from the date of the requisition being deposited at the office to cause may do so at a meeting to be called on a day not later than forty five days from the date of deposit of the requisition, ... и если в течение 21 дня после получения ... Совет директоров не приступит к организации проведения внеочередного общего собрания, то он может это сделать на собрании, которое должно быть проведено не позднее, чем через 45 дней.... |

| впрочем, вместо "организации проведения внеочередного общего собрания" может быть какое-то другое действо, но об этом в данном отрывке ничего не говорится - proceed with what??? |

м-да... то, что я раньше написал - это фигня.
