General Meetings shall be called by the Management Board at least fifteen days before the meeting, by letters, to be sent to the addresses of the shareholders and the holders of depositary receipts of shares. Such letters shall state the business of the meeting, without prejudice to the provisions made by law with regard to the reduction of capital and the amendment of the Articles of Association.

Other General Meetings shall be held as the Management Board thinks fit, without prejudice to any statutory provisions in this respect.
