WHEREAS, the PartiesXXX, because of their diverse capabilities, have determined that they would benefit from an association by Consultancy Services for the purpose of competitively responding to the main Contract Agreement, in order to realize the best technical and management approaches with economy fully responsive to the requirements of the Employer.

Принимая во внимание, что Стороны XXX и учитывая их разные полномочия, согласились на совместную деятельность по оказанию Консультационных услуг для выполнения Договора подряда и для реализации технических и управленческих подходов ???с экономией, что полностью отвечает требованиям Заказчика.
