Термин «Существенная аренда»"Material Lease" means any lease or sublease of real property under which a Loan Party is the lessee or sublessee, as applicable, and in respect of which annual rent thereunder exceeds $X,XXX,000 and any Lease relating to any location at which Inventory having an aggregate book value in excess of $XXX,000 is maintained.
