| По-моему, правильная мысль. Может быть, "...в день, на который назначено продолжение рассмотрения слушания". |

regularly здесь, видимо, синоним duly - должным образом... continued matter - продление рассмотрения дела, вот здесь видно: (c) If the amendment results in a substantial departure from the original allegations in the petition, the court shall continue the hearing on the motion of any interested party, or the court may grant a continuance on its own motion if it finds it to be in the best interests of the child or any other party to the proceeding. http://www.rhalljrlaw.com/files/ASCA/Title 45 Juve. ну теперь точно разорюсь на Black's Law Dictionary )) сначала тоже хотел перенос слушания/разбирательства написать, но потом все ж таки решил, что продление к continuance ближе... ан вон оно как оказалось... |

Black's - хорошая книжка. Но и без нее по тексту аскера ясно, что речь не о продлении, а об отложении: (2) the continuation extends no longer than 6 months without review by the court. |
