| Я собственно исходил из того, что "глава представительства" я бы перевел как "representatiive". Поэтому его помощник - assistant representative. Or deputy representative |

"Помощник Главы предсавительства" is "Assistant TO the Head of..." "assistant representative" is much higher in rank, almost like "zamestitel" |

так о ком же все-таки речь? о личном помощнике (вид секретаря) или о заместителе? |

aidE but "aide" is an informal term, not apt for, say, a businesss card or the staffing table You can sometimes also say "PA to..." (= "personal assistant to...") |
