Если ввести silicon metal и температуру в 1400 градусов в Гугле, то можно убедиться, что именно эта температура имеет какое то значение в технологическом процессе. Думаю там просто опечатка, значек градусов был некорректно перенесен с одного электронного документа в другой или просто опечатка. |
