Там не опечатка ли случайно? Если and заменить на in: * the use of solar cells IN the most widely diverse points* тогда просматривается: ...в самых разнообразных точках И перед процитированным фрагментом фразы просится, как минимум, запятая. |

Может, и опечатка, в принципе в тексте не все идеально, встречаются ошибки. Спасибо! Так действительно хоть на что-то похоже... |
