Subject: the registration of an A'Mortgage on the property. Делаю перевод доверенности с английского на русский. Предложение такое:The Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (registration no.HE165) of Stasinou 51, Ayia Paraskevi, Strovolos, Nicosia (hereinafter called the «Bank»), has at the request of the Debtor agreed to grant to the Debtor a loan for the purchase of the property, provided that, inter alia, the Debtor will assign in favour of the Bank all his rights under the abovementioned Contract of Sale by a separate assignment agreement which provides, inter alia, the registration of an A'Mortgage on the said property. Что это за A'Mortgage? Как перевести конец предложения: ".., the registration of an A'Mortgage on the said property". |

первая мысль про первую ипотеку, то есть первой очереди а так поди их, киприот, пойми) только почему доверенность, похоже на кусок кредитного чего-то ...регистрация ипотеки первой очереди на/в отношении указанный объект недвижимости |

Спасибо, d. Наверное, это действительно ипотека первой очереди. Тем более, что в тексте уже упоминалось о такой ипотеке ранее. (Это правда доверенность - Power of Attorney, но в нее до кучи столько всего натолкано! С большим запасом...) :) |
