The Company may terminate the agreement if you are prevented by illness, injury or other incapacity from fully performing your obligations to the Company for an aggregate of at least [number of days?] working days in any period of 12 months (even if, as a result of such termination, you would forfeit any entitlement to benefits under any permanent health insurance scheme provided by the Company for your benefit, save that the Company will not terminate the Employment solely on grounds of such illness, injury or other incapacity where such an entitlement to benefits would be forfeited.)
