Subject: siphoning softw. The Windows kernel contains a system cache, managed by the System Cache Manager (SCM), that caches file input/output in order to improve performance. The kernel also contains a Balance Set Manager (BSM) that balances the use of RAM between all running processes. The BSM heavily favors SCM, siphoning away memory from EnCase to the extent that it can appear that the operating system is frozen.Подскажите pls, как здесь перевести этот siphoning?)
