In addition we confirm that we will not make or be involved in, directly or indirectly, any claim against the Authority whatsoever and we undertake to keep the Authority, its Board of Management, officers, employees and agents fully indemnified against any losses, liabilities, costs, claims, actions and demands, which they may incur or which may be made against them as a result of or in relation to any actual or alleged breach by us of the regulations as amended from time to time or as a result of or in relation to any use of the Authority’s registration logo or failing to comply with the assessment requirements of the Authority as amended from time to time.
