bottle grade melt охлаждается и затем судьба неизвестна.

The melt phase plant will be designed with one (1) CP line to produce PET co-polymer for
bottle grade melt with IV 0.60 dl/g for the annual capacity of 150,000 ton/year, based on
330 working days. Nominal daily capacity will be 450 ton/day.
TPA, IPA, and EG will be used as the main raw materials. The CP plant will be also
capable to produce homo - polymer bottle grade resin by adjusting the process conditions
and DEG content in the polymer.
The bottle grade melt is cooled and cutted into amorphous pellets.
These pellets are then crystallized and further polymerized by Solid State Phase to
increase IV to 0.8 dl/g. Finally the pellets are cooled to less than 50℃.
