Subject: за счет членских взносов busin.
Помогите пож-та с фразой "за счет членских взносов" в след. контексте:
Анализ уровня чистой самоокупаемости Ассоциации показывает так же положительную тенденцию, так как все большее количество организаций становятся членами Ассоциации, повышая ее доходную базу за счет членских взносов.

Мой вариант:
The break-even analysis of the Association proved that there is a steady upward trend in the breakeven point as more and more MFIs are becoming part of the Association, thus increasing its revenue base ?????? membership fees.

А если так... The break-even analysis of the Association proved shows that there is a steady upward trend in the breakeven point as more and more MFIs are becoming part of joining the Association and paying membership fees, which provides for increased revenue.

Analysis of the (net/pure) breakeven level of the Association reveals a steady upward trend as long as increasing number of new MFIs joining the Association adds to the amount of revenues raised by a membership fee.
