13.2.1. If the acceptances, in the aggregate, are in respect of all of, or more than, the Offered Shares, then the accepting Offerees of Shares shall acquire the Offered Shares, on the terms aforementioned, in proportion to their respective holdings provided that no Offerees of Shares shall be entitled to acquire under the provisions of this Article 25.3 more than the number of Offered Shares initially accepted by such Offeree of Shares, and upon the allocation to him of the full number of shares so accepted, he shall be disregarded in any subsequent computations and allocations hereunder.

Если в совокупности акцепты будут представленны в отношении всех Предл. акций или на большую сумму, то акцептующие Аферисты, которым предложены Акции, приобретут Предл. акции на вышеуказанных условиях
