Visit at one´s own risk
The visitor confirms that he visits this wind turbine at his/her own risk and the possible risks were explained to him/her.

Furthermore, he confirms that he was introduced to the proper use of the belts, guardrail and fall arrester.
It was pointed out that one can ascent the wind turbine only in sturdy shoes. The small parts from the pockets should be left because they can be lost.
It was explained to the visitor that during his stay in the nacelle the guardrail should be placed in the yellow marked and therefore provided places.
The visitor should wear the hard hat during the whole stay at the wind turbine.
The visitor confirms that he won´t use any equipment and open any switchboards.
