«Securities» shall mean (i) any ordinary or preferred stocks, corporate bonds, government securities, notes, options, units of investment or mutual funds of any type, equities or derivative stocks of Russian or any other country's issuers; and (ii) any financial products, including currency, security, commodity, index or any other transactions now existing or hereafter entered into by the Company with, or purchased by the Company from, any third party, including, without limitation, any forward, futures, swap, option or other derivative or structured transactions and instruments or any combinations thereof, which, as of any particular date throughout the effective term of this Agreement, including any securities (as described above) purchased or otherwise acquired by the Company in the course of providing the Services hereunder.
