"Following the approval of the resolution for voluntary liquidation by the company, the company must within 14 days from the passing of the resolution, publish the resolution in the Official Gazette (section 262). Thereafter, the company may not carry on any business except for the purposes of a beneficial winding up. No execution may be levied against the company’s property except with the consent of the court. Any transfer of shares or other alteration in the status of the members is void unless done with the approval of the liquidator."
