Subject: up to the year before commencement; up to three years before commencement law Starting from the external management and within receivership (as described below), the external manager and the receiver shall be entitled to challenge in the court particular transactions, which were entered by the Debtor, e.g.:(i) any agreement entered into up to the year before commencement or after commencement of the bankruptcy proceedings under which the counterparty provided an unequal consideration;
(ii) any agreement entered into up to three years before commencement or after commencement of the bankruptcy proceedings
