Скажите, пожалуйста, как правильно перевести название должности "начальник управления по работе с клиентами"?

У меня есть два варианта:
1. Head of Client Management Department
2. Head of Customer Care Department

Какой из этих вариантов правильный? Или может есть другие варианты?
