Подскажите пож-та перевод фразы "и только хотя бы поэтому" в след. контексте:
Исследования показывают, что женщины с помощью правительства и микро кредитов могут оказать значительное содействие в экономическом развитии и в борьбы с бедностью, и только хотя бы поэтому, они должны были бы получать особую поддержку.

Мой вариант:

Option:
The surveys show that [when] aided/assisted/bolstered/beefed up by the government and micro-credits women can make/are cable of making a meaningful/sizeable/significant contribution to boosting/driving [up] economy and fighting poverty which is yet another argument/reason why they should be given/provided with/enjoy a special support.
