Subject: Cockburn
Уважаемые мультитрановцы!

Нужна помощь. Речь идет о переустройстве, перепланировки особняка в Шотландии. Свой проект хозяева согласовывали с разными организациями: Scottish Heritage (комитет по охране памятников/ культурного наследия ?), The Cockburn Society (???), the local planning department (департамент местного планирования).

Буду признателен за ваши варианты

The broad sweep of Cockburn Street runs from the High Street on the Royal Mile towards Waverley Station. It was built by the "Edinburgh Railway Station Access Company", starting in 1859. The previous buildings were demolished to make way for the new street. Surprisingly, it is named after Lord Henry Cockburn who was a judge, advocate and journalist - and an outspoken conservationist. The Cockburn Society in Edinburgh now seeks to preserve the old buildings and architectural features in the city.
