Subject: A support from the main line to the branch line 9.2.2.16 Branch Line Isolation ValvesDouble isolation valves shall be provided in 50 mm and smaller branch lines from main piping headers and equipment in accordance with code requirements. In addition to code requirements, double isolation valves shall be provided if the design pressure is greater than 46.5 barg. Branch line valves shall be installed as follows: 1. The portion of the branch line containing the two valves shall be installed parallel to the main line. 2. The connection of the branch line to the main line shall be on the top of the main line. 3. A support from the main line to the branch line shall be provided between the two branch valves and shall be designed to permit differential expansion. 9.2.2.16 Отсекающие клапаны отводных линий Ответвления от коллекторов и оборудования диаметром 50 мм и менее должны оборудоваться сдвоенными отсекающими клапанами в соответствии с нормативными требованиями. Дополнительно к нормативным требованиям сдвоенные отсекающие клапаны устанавливаются, если расчётное давление превышает 46,5 бар (м). Арматура отводных линий устанавливается следующим образом: 1. Секция отводной линии, на которой установлены два клапана, должна прокладываться параллельно основному трубопроводу. 2. Соединение ответвления с основным трубопроводом выполняется в верхней части последнего. 3. Опора соединения основного трубопровода и отводной линии должна располагаться между двумя клапанами отводной линии и быть рассчитана на относительное расширение. |
