Stock removal offset
Grinding overmeasure for the roll's target diameter for semifinish
grind. The input value relates to the diameter. The stock removal
offset only takes effect in the section rough to diameter.

In the rough to diameter grinding section, the stock removal offset is
added to the target diameter.
