Subject: Probate or nonprobate? Господа переводчики! В тексте используются две пары терминов: Probate property or probate estate и nonprobate property or nonprobate assets. Не могу подобрать эквиваленты на русском. Тема-имущественные права и наследственное право. Из примеров, где используются термины: The only type of property a decedent can distribute through a will or by intestate succession, if there is no will. is probate property.Заранее благодарю за помощь! |

Probate is the legal process of administering the estate of a deceased person by resolving all claims and distributing the deceased person's property under the valid will. A surrogate court decides the validity of a testator's will. Probate - Утверждение при наследовании по завещанию имущества/официальное утверждение завещания имущества. Probate estate - завещанное имущество, контролируемое управляющим по делам наследства. Non Probate - Неутвержденное завещание. |
