- the persons entitled to the benefit of this agreement shall be entitled without proof of special damage to the remedies of injunction, specific performance and other equitable relief for any breach or threatened breach of the provisions of this agreement;

речь идет о средствах судебной защиты ("remedies") в контракте о неразглашении информации.
