Re-pack or new package. This service is considered as additional service and paid by the Client to Supplier on the mutual additional agreement between Parties. The payments are agreed between Parties upon each special case where Client request to do so. Packaging material and equipment are provided by ХХХ at its expense, together with instructions of their usage. The labour cost should be with the best ratio on the market. Upon collecting the statistics over the re-packing process, number of requests from the Client, Parties agree to introduce rate for re-packing on the permanent basis.
