По письменному указанию Покупателя по-ставка товара может производиться Грузополу-чателю, при этом обязательства по настоящему договору, в том числе по оплате товара, перед Поставщиком несет Покупатель.

Это мой вариант перевода:
The written order issued by the Buyer can serve as ground for goods receiving by the Consignee; in this case the Buyer is held liable/bears liability under the present contract including payment for the goods.

The goods shall be shipped to the Consignee by written order of the Seller, where liabilities hereunder, including those to make payment for the goods shall be incurred by the Seller.

Option:
