All interest and other expenses directly related to any Partner Borrowing ("Borrowing Costs") in addition to the principal amount of the Partner Borrowing shall be payable to the General Partner by each Non-Funding Partner whose Capital Contribution (or any part thereof) has been funded by a Partner Borrowing and, in the case of Borrowing Costs that relate to more than one Partner Borrowing, the amount due from each such Non-Funding Partner shall bear the same proportion to the total amount of such Borrowing Costs as the amount borrowed on such Non-Funding Partner's behalf bears to the total amount borrowed on behalf of each such Non-Funding Partner.
