SEAMetal 9000 systems are used to view and measure double and triple seams in cans. This is essential to verify that the can quality is sufficient. In order to accurately measure the seam measurements, a clean and precise section of the can must be cut. The process must be accurate, fast, safe, simple and produce little or no deformation in the can, nor introduce burrs to the sides of the seam. The measurement process must be performed at regular intervals during each production cycle.
