Договор с английского перевожу впервые осталось одно предложение... не дайте пропасть!...)Компания может осуществлять Поставки продукции клиентам, находящимся на договорной территории Дистрибьютера только на основании Бланка Заказа (Приложение 4 к данному договору), полученного от Дистрибутора. | The Company shall have the right to deliver the Product (Goods, etc, ваш вариант) to the Customers (Clients) on the territory assigned to the Distributor by the Agreement only on the basis of the Order Form (Appendix 4 to this Agreement) obtained from the Distributor. |
