(b) The Publisher accepts and acknowledges that the obligations of sub-clause (a) of this Clause are of the essence in this Agreement and the licence granted by the Proprietor under this Agreement is conditional upon the printing of the correct and proper copyright notice or notices in all copies of the Licensed Edition. The Publisher shall include the relevant provisions of this sub-clause and sub-clause (a) of this Clause in any contracts in respect of any sub-licence of rights in the Licensed Edition entered into by the Publisher.

(c) The Publisher shall obtain copyright in the Language translation of the Work and shall take all reasonable steps, including registration where applicable, to protect the copyright in the Licensed Edition and the Work under the terms of all pertinent domestic and international copyright conventions in the Territory. The Publisher shall inform the Proprietor promptly of any infringement of the copyright in the Work or the Licensed Edition of which the Publisher becomes aware and shall take such action (including legal proceedings) as the Proprietor reasonably requires for the protection of such copyright. Action to protect the copyright in the Work shall be at the Proprietor's expense and the Publisher shall take no such action without the Proprietor’s prior written authorisation. Action to protect the copyright in the Language translation and the Licensed Edition shall be at the Publisher’s expense.
