Да, но эта фраза "Information is awaited" встречается по всему документу раза четыре, как быть с остальным, мне почему-то кажется, что перевод не на поверхности. Еще один контекст: Information is awaited on the possibility to reopen the investigation as well as on the possibility for the applicant to claim additional compensation in the light of the European Court's findings. Information is thus awaited on the rules governing the application of disciplinary sanctions and punishments on the conscripts within the armed forces, on the control over their application by the superior officers and on any practical measure aimed at effective protection of conscripts ... |

Если это, скажем, отчет юридической экспертизы, заказанный клиентом у юридической компании, то тогда, возможно, юр. компания не может сделать определенный вывод по делу без необходимой информации, поступления которой она ожидает. Ну или что-то в этом духе. |
