Subject: Свидетельство о владении акциями Помогите, пожалуйста:Учредителю Банка выдаются акции или свидетельство о владении указанного внем лица определенным количеством акций. ЧСпасибо. Че-то я ваще поплыл и не соображу, как это грамотно перевести. |

а тут и по-русски-то криво - ИМХО. my 2pizzas The Bank's founder shall be issued shares or a certificate stating that the person indicated therein owns a certain number of shares. |
| The founder of the Bank is to receive shares or share certificates. english is a much more concise and capacious language than russian, so much so that just one phrase, share certificate, replaces a whole sentence in russian. share certificate implies that all pertinent info, such as the name and legal address of the owner, number and type of shares, etc etc, will be duly displayed, hence obviating the need to include that in your translation. otherwise ur english sentence will smack of redundancy. all it takes is serendipity, really :-)) |
