ИМХО Каждая Сторона гарантирует, что имеет право на разглашение Информации, но не гарантирует, что Информация является полной, точной или конфиденциальной. |

To Inchionette Да, вероятно. Вот весь абзац: Each Party shall not to disclose or let disclose to any Third Party, for fee or without charge, and in any manner whatsoever, any Information. As an exception, a Party is allowed to disclose to a Third Party, Information from the other Party on the twofold requirement to have previously obtained: - the written authorisation of the Party who owns the Information, - an undertaking from the Third Party having the same effects as the Agreement. Each Party warrants it has the right to disclose the Information, but not that the Information is full, correct or confidential. Просто какой смысл несет последнее предложение? С утра заклинило. Зачем разглашать? |

| Смысл такой: в случае разглашения информации разглашающая сторона несёт ответственность только за правомочность такого разглашения (т.е. за то, что информацию она разглашает либо с письменного разрешения другой стороны, либо согласно особому условию про third party), но не за содержание самой информации. |
