Соглашение: Company shall provide SERVICE PROVIDER with reasonable assistance therein, consent to any settlement of such claim which to Company's SATISFACTION does not conflict with Company's interests arrived at by SERVICE PROVIDER including without limitations substitution of a non-infringing alternative product that complies with the Scope of Work.
