Уж и не знаю даже, хороший ли тут английский, плохой ли, но написан сей опус был на лондонщине... лоерами :-))) If at any time a third party (the “Proposed Buyer”) makes a bona fide arm’s length offer to purchase any or all of the Shares owned by AAA (a “Direct Offer”), or any of the Investor Shares owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by any of the AAA Parties (an “Indirect Offer”), then AAA shall first notify B in writing of such offer (“AAA Selling Notice”), prior to any such offer being pursued with the Proposed Buyer. |
