| I think the phrase "по медицинским показаниям" in the Russian is irrellevant - I would just write "(Range/ Scope of) Medical services provided to insured clients" |

Объем медицинских услуг, предоставляемых (застрахованным) по медицинским показаниям - "по медицинским показаниям" здесь относится имхо не к застрахованным, а к предоставлению услуг, поэтому без показаний не обойтись. Health services provided on medical indications |
