вместо substantation на мой взгляд лучше basis or reason. Если в письме, то можно оборот we kindly ask you to. i.e. we kindly ask you to provide us with the basis of the cost of work submitted by the company where division into expense items as well as with the cost of work which the potential supplier may plan to execute. |
