Subject: Юридические документы - помогите, пожалуйста перевести law No forbearance, delay or indulgence by a party hereto in enforcing any terms of this Agreement will prejudice or restrict the rights of that party nor will any waiver of its rights operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach and no rights, power or remedy herein conferred upon or reserved for a party hereto are exclusive of any other right, power or remedy available to such party and each such right, power or remedy will be cumulative.Each party undertakes to the other that it will not at any time hereafter use or divulge or communicate to any person other than to its officers or employees whose province it is to know the same any confidential information concerning the business, accounts, finance, contractual arrangements or intellectual property (whether owned or licensed) or other dealings, transactions, affairs or property of the other party and/or any other member of the other party's Group which may come to its knowledge and it will use all reasonable endeavours to prevent the publication or disclosure of any confidential information concerning such matters and so that these obligations will continue to apply after the termination of this Agreement without limit in point of time but will cease to apply to information which will come into the public domain other than by a breach of this Clause or which for any other reason, other than through the default of that party, will have ceased to be confidential. |

А вы не пробовали обратиться, например, в бюро переводов? Это я не к тому, что, допустим, на форуме нельзя выяснить какой-то неясный момент, но.. у всего должны быть определенные границы. Возможно, это та самая изюминка договора, за которую переводчики и берут деньги, переводя весь текст полностью. Так стоит ли лишать их заслуженного заработка? |
| Cал(ь)ма, если только это не Ваши документы, бросайте Вы это дело пока не поздно! А то же будут подкидывать постоянно, а как же кусочек хлеба отрабатывать? Сложно... или попробуйте хотя бы сами - переведите каждое слово, потом сложите все вместе, а если что-то останется не ясным - пишите сюда, народ поможет, в этом я не сомневаюсь. А так, если за Вас кто-то будет переводить, Вы же ничему не научитесь, как в школе... |
