Subject: Rates and Fees Ad 2.4 Repair Day rate:If it is necessary to shut down Contractor’s rig for repair or maintenance other than routine inspection and maintenance, or for any reason for which Company is not responsible, Contractor’s remuneration during such shutdown should be calculated as follows: Under the Operating Day rate Contractor will be given 24 hours per calendar month for which the operating day rate has been charged. For any repair or maintenance operations beyond the 24 hours cumulative period per month the Zero Rate shall be applicable. Не могу понять второй абзац. |

Вы практически правы. Вариант: На техническое обслуживание и ремонт оборудования Подрядчику предоставляется 24 часа в календарном месяце, оплачиваемые по дневной ставке. |
