Upon signature of this Settlement Agreement, Owner will wire transfer to Charterer compensatory damages of US $ 0,000 and authorizes Yachts Florida, Inc. ("the Broker Stakeholder") acting as stakeholder, notwithstanding the terms of the Charter Agreement, to return all monies paid by the Charterer without deduction to the Charterer forthwith in full and final settlement of any and all claims or potential claims, whether or not intimated or instituted, and whether or not made known to the Parties at the date hereof, arising out of or in connection with the above-mentioned Charter Agreement. Charterer hereby confirms that all charter related funds have been returned by the Broker Stakeholder and received by the Charterer.
